Rates & Payments
We accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard. A fee of $30 will be charged for any cancellation.
Policy
Check-in time is 3:00pm to 6:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Special check-in times by appointment only.
Adult guests only, please.
A government issued photo ID and credit card are required to check-in.
In-house Rules
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that you follow these in-house rules. Thank you for being mindful of all of Chez Ellie Marie’s guests.
For the safety of all, anything considered to be a fire hazard must not be used in the house, this includes: candles, incense, coffee makers and cooking in-room.
As our off street parking is limited, we ask that you refrain from bringing RVs, U-Hauls, moving vans, trailers, or trucks.
As current and future guests may have unknown allergies, we ask you to leave your pet at home.
Smoking is not allowed in-house.
Reservation / Cancellation
The full amount of your lodging will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior (60 days prior for special events) your entire guarantee will be returned minus a processing fee of $30.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior (less than 60 days prior for special events) your guarantee will be returned when we rebook the days you cancelled minus a $30 processing fee.
Refunds are not made for late arrivals, “no shows” or early departures.
Special events include Sugar Bowl / BCS Championship, Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, NCAA Final Fours, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Festival, Essence Festival, Bayou Classic, and some conventions. |
