Rates & Payments
We accept VISA and MasterCard. A fee of $30 will be charged for any cancellation after the 30 or 60 day period. If the room is rebooked, your deposit is returned.

Policy
Check-in time is 3:00pm to 6:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Special check-in times by appointment only. 

Adult guests only, please. 

A government issued photo ID and credit card are required to check-in.

In-house Rules
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that you follow these in-house rules.  Thank you for being mindful of all of Chez Ellie Marie’s guests.

For the safety of all, anything considered to be a fire hazard must not be used in the house, this includes: candles, incense, coffee makers and cooking in-room.

As our off street parking is limited, we ask that you refrain from bringing RVs, U-Hauls, moving vans, trailers, or trucks.

As current and future guests may have unknown allergies, we ask you to leave your pet at home.

Smoking is not allowed in-house.
 
Cancellation Policy
Chez Ellie-Marie Bed and Breakfast has a 30 day cancellation policy or a 60 day cancellation for special events. Your deposit is equal to the total nights reserved. That amount will be charged to your credit card. Special events include some conventions, Mardi Gras, Jazz Festival, Super Bowl, Final Four, Essence Festival, Bayou Classic, and Sugar Bowl. No refund will be made if you cancel on or after 30 day period unless the room (s) is rebooked. There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Refunds are not made for “no shows.
